Problem with charset through mail

Hello! I have a problem with WordPress and i would like your help. I installed Email Notification plugin in order to send the articles posted in blog through mail in my recipients. My blog has been made using greek language and all characters appear ok. When a mail is sent, all characters are ??????. How can I send my articles and appear in greek? The charset I use in mysql and blog is utf8.
