Problem with changing the order of modules

    Hi there,
    There seems to be a problem with moving modules around after I have already edited lessons. The new order doesn’t show up inside the lesson (on the sidebar). Could you look into it please? (I’m using the lite version)

    Hello,

    Can you provide more context to the issue?
    1. Is this happening only on the Lesson page(seeing the Lessons on the sidebar)?
    2. Is the new/updated order fine on the Course landing page?
    3. After you refresh the Course editor page(curriculum builder) does the order of the Lessons go back to the one pre-edited?

    Hi and thanks for the reply.

    1. Yes, this is happening only on the Lesson Page (seeing the Lessons on the sidebar)
    2. Everything is fine on the course landing page.
    3. Everything is also fine on the course editor page (the new order shows and doesn’t go back to the pre-edited one).

    So I re-created this scenario where I have these 2 lessons in this order https://prnt.sc/xmz2kw On the Lesson page, the order is correct https://prnt.sc/xmz435

    Once I change the order and hit Update https://prnt.sc/xmz5fk the new order is set also on the Lesson page https://prnt.sc/xmz6ge

    If the problem persists, in order for us to investigate in your environment I think we need access to your dashboard. Drop us an email for that.

    The problem for me happens not when I’m switching the lessons around, but when I’m switching modules.

    Hi,

    Definitely, there’s a local conflict that happens there. We tested and it works on our end to switch the order of the Modules AND Lessons.

    What I would suggest(for us to be able to help) is to get access so we can look into the potential issue. Drop us an email if you are interested in that.
