Problem with changing size and type font

  • Hello,
    I m using “sweet barcelona “, and i had a problem whith font size font type. It seems to be ok on worpress but when i send the newsletter is very strange, some letters are biggers, smallers… etc..
    I received the newsletter on “Mail” (OS 10.6.8), if i open the mail on https://www.laposte.net ( my email adress) it looks to be better..
    how can i do to resolve this problem ? I need to be sure that all my readers will have the good appearance

    Hello armande!

    Are you pasting text on the newsletter? Comes this text from word? It’s a function undeveloped, an HTML cleaner after paste.

    Please, do this: open the Windows text editor / mac simple text editor, paste inside the text and copy again: this will take the text without styles. Then paste inside Knews editor.

    Solves this the issue?

    Unfortunately, i tried this, i saw it in one of the post but it didn’t works. Even if i write de text directly on knews, it makes the same pb, but as i was saying to you, it appears diferently beetween in “Mail” (on my mac) than in “laposte”…

    Hello,

    I finally found a “solution” by copy/paste each text in a new post editor . Then I use the erase tool to quit all of the formating and i copy / paste again in the knews editor. It looks to be ok. I still have a problem with title, but i try to resolve it by same way.
