Problem with “change icon”

  • Hi there,

    today I’m encountering a problem to change marker icons.
    I click on an existing marker, then on the “Edit Marker” icon in the bottom right of the popup, then on the “Change Icon” icon in the bottom right of the popup.

    But the change icon is not working.
    Is it a temporary disservice?
    Let me know please.

    Hi there,

    We don’t control the maps icons via a service at all, so if there’s a new problem it most likely comes from the entry of a new plugin or script in your site which is creating a conflict. It’s hard to identify which plugin causes conflicts like that, but here’s the steps:

    Please deactivate all plugins besides Maps Builder. If it works as expected then re-activate each plugin one at a time until you see the problem again. Then let us know which plugin caused the error and we’ll dig into it.

    If after deactivating all other plugins it still does not work correctly, then tell us where we can get a copy of your theme to test.
