Problem with CFF user email

Hello everyone,
I’m having an issue with CFF and its email delivery to users who fill out my form. I receive the leads from my form, but the user doesn’t receive any emails. I’ve tested the user journey 50 times with different email addresses, but nothing works. Not once have I received an email.
Could you help me resolve this issue? I’d like users to finally be able to receive their emails no matter which address they enter.
For your information, SMTP is properly configured, and the plugin is correctly installed. The issue seems to be with CFF and the email information I’m providing to it.
