    Hi Aurovrata,

I started using the conditional fields plugin for contact form 7.

I found the conditional field is not mapped with your plugin. The mail is perfectly sent and the values form the conditional fields reach their destination however, they are not appearing as custom meta data in the posts.

The field apparing (or not) depending on the conditional field, are correctly mapped.

Maybe some incompatibility between your plugin and “conditional fields for cf7”?

    Kind regards,

    Javier

    Hi Aurovrata,

Apparently the issue is that I cannot map a radio field! Before I was using dropable select field and then I included conditional radio fields and the problema appeared.

After some debugging it looks like the problema is in the field type and not in wheather it is conditional or not.

    Javier.

    Hi Javier

thanks for bringing this to my notice. I have to admit that I have done very little testing with radio/checkbox fields and so it is very possible there is a bug here.

I will run a few tests on this and get back to you. Can you please give me more information on the errors you are facing? What type of radio field have you inserted in your form ? it is multiple radio fields with only radio button selectable?

    Hi Aurovrata,

    “Only one option” radio button.

I will try with checkboxes tonite.

Hi Javier. If radio buttons don’t work, checkboxes most likely won’t either. I should have some time to look at this issue this week I hope.

    Hi Jarri

I found an issue while testing radios & checkboxes. The taxonomy mapping is working fine with radio buttons and checkboxes, but there is an error while saving multiple taxonomies. This could have been the cause of your errors.

I am about to release v1.5 which introduces some additional functionality. I will fix the bug in this release too.

I hope to have it released by the end of this week.

I am going to close this topic as it started off with conditional fields, and is not really related. If you have any other issues with radios/checkboxes please open a new thread.
