Problem with Cerber locking legitimate clients outs

    I am having an issue that we keep getting locked out of administrating real estate software, even though the ip is listed in the whitelist area of Cerber. I whitelisted the ip as:

    111.111.x.x

    So it always covers the ip address of the person submitting the properties. But many times it blocks us even though the whitelist is active, then an hour later we can get back in.

    Any idea to anyone of what is going on?

    What happens is I can get into the wordpress work panel, I select a listing to make a change or add a listing, then the next page turns to the lock out screen immediately. Then when if I try to long back in from a fresh web page, I don’t even get the wordpress site, I get a lockout screen.

    You can get the idea by checking the Activity log. Check the reason for the block.

    I kinda have the same issue. Im not getting blocked but WP Cerber has registred me and every single user as suspicous – denying requests. It says that my IP and every other IP has been Probing for vulnerable code visiting admin-ajax.php

    This is not correct and I honestly doubt that all my visitors do that. WP Cerber started making those weird registrations some updates ago and now it is just getting annoying as real threats drown in the innocent ones

    I have the same issue when clients access WooCommerce my account page. New users cannot register.
