Problem with categories…

    Hi there,

    So I’m having an issue when I go to add categories to my products. I continue to get this error message on each item but I’m able to see the category that I selected. I noticed that when I don’t select a category, I don’t have a problem with the error message showing up:

    WordPress database error: [Unknown column ‘productmeta_categories’ in ‘where clause’]
    SELECT * FROM wp_drec_nm_personalized WHERE productmeta_categories IS NOT NULL

    Has anyone else ever had this problem? I’m wondering if it has to do with the theme installed: Shop Isle Pro

    I’m going crazy trying to figure this out!!!!!

    Hello @dianemae04,

    This is the support forum for the WooCommerce Services plugin. It appears that the issue you’re experiencing is being caused by another theme or plugin (the one that uses the custom wp_drec_nm_personalized table).
