Problem with CART PAGE

For some reason my cart page where the “proceed to checkout” button is are two completely irrelevant buttons placed above and even slightly on top of the checkout button an “empty cart?” button and an ” yes,empty cart” button next to eachother. I can’t seem to find a way to disable either of them anywhere! No matter what i do they both remain their on top of one another.

why is this happening?
