Problem with calculation of prices because of VAT

Okay, this must be concerning.

If I understand correctly the Tax/VAT is not recognized properly even when you have no other plugins activated (including the currency changing plugins). Is that right?

I will recommend to re-check the tax configuration following this guideline – Setting up Taxes in WooCommerce

If the problem is not identified, please take screenshots from your wp-admin > WooCommerce > Settings > Tax page also your tax rates page. You can use https://snipboard.io/ to share a screenshot.

This will allow me to test the tax values on your site. Sharing credentials is not allowed in this forum so we are unable to go through that way.

Thanks for the screenshots. Could you please share a screenshot of the store location as well? I’d like to replicate your tax settings and make sure it is being correctly calculated based on the formula.

Store location is Czech Republic.
The VAT for CZ is 21%.
The VAT for SK is 20%.
But as you can see from resuls neither works :-/

Thanks a lot for all these details.

I could reproduce the same setup and it worked for me. I have just checked your site and it looks like the checkout page does say that there is tax included on the price – https://prnt.sc/10q7he4.

According to your tax settings you see the price including the tax. If you want to see tax at a separate line then change the Display prices during cart and checkout to Excluding tax.

I would suggest to do a thorough conflict test by deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and changing over to a default theme like Storefront during the test.
