    Hi,

    I encountered a problem with smart bundles. I created a smart bundle where users are able to select three items from ten items (like pick and mix) to be able to add them to the cart. When they choose PayPal as a payment method during checkout they also see selected products after successfully login to PayPal on PayPal checkout page.

    But I got several orders paid with PayPal and I could not see selected products from the bundle. I only see the smart bundle name as an order item. I did not encounter any problem with the orders which were paid through direct bank transfers or credit cards.

    Hi @darklofts,

    Can you clarify where you did not see the selected products from the bundle?
    Is this in the order within the PayPal merchant dashboard? Could you maybe share a screenshot?

    We haven’t performed any dedicated testing with a smart bundle plugin, so I’m not sure if these order details would be displayed correctly by default. But if you could tell us which plugin exactly you are using, we’d be happy to look into eventual compatibility issues.

    Hi @niklasinpsyde,

    I did not see the selected products from the bundle in the order within the PayPal merchant dashboard or WooCommerce order details page. I tried to look WooCommerce cart sessions to find a clue but I think it was cleared after successful payment.

    I am using WPC Product Bundles for WooCommerce (https://wpclever.net/downloads/product-bundles) and I am planning to change Product Bundles (https://woocommerce.com/products/product-bundles) plugin if it works properly with your PayPal Payments plugin.
