Problem with built in product import

  • Hi,

    I realized interesting problem. I tried to import 56 products with the built in import function of Woo. The system passes every fileds very well, but the import loaded without end and it iported only 22 products and the All filed shows 30. I deleted all of the available products, but the All field shoes still 8. I cleaned the database with the Optimalisation plugin, but the situation is the same.

    Can you please share the CSV file you imported so we can take a look?

    How did you created the file? Did you exported it from a WordPress site?

    Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.
