Problem with Buddyboss discussions after update

@jpmellon , this was due to a feature I added to attempt to fix a bug in bbPress itself, but I suppose some people have configurations that already resolve it. I changed it from a hard-coded to fix to a setting that you can enable called “Lead Topic”.

Anyway, you should be able to update to the latest version and this issue should go away for you.
