• Hello, I have problem I set up service and everything, but if i make booking, i just get message that there was booking, and customer also. and Thats it basically. I dont see that booking anywhere in wp dashboard. there is no approval link, no cancelation link for customer. nothing. I dont know what i set up wrong. Thank you

    I’ll be happy to help you.

    Please, try the following:

    1. Open the Appointments page.
    2. Click on the Filters button.
    3. Change the date range so it covers a booking date.

    Let me know if that helps.

    To include cancellation / approval links in the notifications, please set the following options:

    1. Allow cancellation or approval by link (User interface tab): yes

    2. Notifications landing page (Email notifications tab): set the full URL of the page with booking form

    3. In the email template include the following placeholder:

    #cancel_link – customer’s cancellation link.

    #admin_cancel_link – admin’s cancellation link.

    #admin_approve_link – admin’s approval link.
