Problem with blank line in a particular theme

Hi All

I am facing a problem with blank lines in a post. Lets say after writing a paragraph I leave a blank line and start next paragraph. It shows up nicely in default theme. But in another theme (Green bug) it removes all the blank lines ?? Is there a way I can edit my theme to change the way it treats blank lines ?
