Problem with backups

Hi! I’m having problems with backups on duplicator.
I migrated some of my sites to a new server, since then I can’t do the backups due to the timeout. It always hangs in the same place. I tested with several different sites and are having the same problem.

I contacted my host and he indicated that I talk to you and send you the logs, as they said that there is no limitation on the server.

Is there any way I can send the logs? or of you help me?
