Problem with Autorenew

  • Hi,

    I noticed an issue with the Autorenew function.

    On 1 march I checked the plugin, it was connected and showed an autorenew date of 1 may.
    On 2 april I checked again, now the account showed that it was disconnected since 1 april and the autorenew was still set on 1 may.

    Why is it that it disconnects one month before the scheduled autorenew date?
