    Hi,

    Which plugin are you using to send Emails? Please enable debug mode of WordPress then send log for us if have notified error.

    No, the problem is not in the completion of the order, when there is a new order, the first email to the administrator and the client is not sent, then by pressing processing and completion it is sent, but when requesting a new course the administrator does not receive email and the client does not receive course this is the problem, before the update it was done automatically and when there is a new order the administrator received an email and the client received automatically
