Problem with automatic account email

  • If user fill in to a new account he should get a email with link to verify the account. this automatic email does not work since a few days I am not sure if this is a feature of Woocommerce Germanized with double opt in or if it is standard of woocommerce.
    ecause of the European DSGVO I have to use the Double opt in version.
    I use woocomemrce 4.1.1 / Germanized 3.1.8 + Pro 2.1.0
    If I press the button “send verification Email again” in the backend the email will be send. also all order e-mails are send well.
    Please do anybody have an idea what happens or where I can find the problem? our user stop to order if they can not add a account.

    Update:
    It seems that all emails in user account does not work. Forgott password also do not send the email.
    But all forms or woocommerce order stati mails work fine.
    Please can anybody help? I use WP Mail SMTP to send emails for a long time and also there the test mail works fine.
