• I have used Printful for several years integrated with Shopify and never had a problem. I migrated my store to WordPress and everything has been terrible with WooCommerce. My products were imported, but not the attributes of each one, and apparently I would have to do it manually for each product, which I find impossible to do.

I have wasted too much time and money on this integration problem, and now I regret that I migrated. I have read on various forums about this issue up to 2 years old and Printful still has not fixed this integration mishap. We just want our products to be imported along with their size and color attributes automatically, it’s just that.

  • Hi there!

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear that your experience with us has not been positive, but would certainly love to improve it moving forward!
Please provide information on your experience with our services by sending details to [email protected] so we could review your concerns further.

It’s normal, WordPress is another system and most likely there can be issues after a transfer from Shopify, and therefore attributes are not the same in the programing language.
Yes, a good solution is to rewrite all attributes manually.

However, more important would be to first save (backup) all your products in printFul as template (yes it can take time), then deconnect printFul in WordPress in your connection to woocomerce by simply removing the API and saving. Then reconnect woocommerce to printFul and sync products from printFul again.

I had similar issue after I cloned a wp site to a new one, and it created a conflict and data was not synched. So I followed printFul instructions, and all was re-synched with proper parameters.
In other words, deconnect completely the store and reconnect.
Make sure you did your backups, and clean the wp installation from “Shopify left crumbs”.
It takes some time to fix a transfer, specially if it comes from another platform.
In your situation I would have done a lot manually or start from scratch and manual transfers from Shopify to WP.

Anyway, good luck and Happy New Year 2022 !
