Problem with Astra Theme Customizer

  • I’m new to using the theme, I’m with the free version, but this happens to me with a wordpress hosted on Goddady and on hostinger, when I activate the Astra widgets plugin I cannot enter the customizer theme, and when I disable it I can enter, because this happens ?, I’m starting to use the theme and I don’t know how to solve this problem

    Sorry for the delay.

    This most probably related to the file permission. We load icons.json file in plugin. Sometimes on some specific servers, there is not enough permission to read the file icons.json file.

    wp-content\plugins\astra-widgets\assets\fonts\icons.json

    Please check the permission to the above file or contact your hosting provider to update the permissions. This should resolve the issue.
