I have checked your screenshot and I have checked this plugin on our local server but I have not faced the above issue.

Please check this plugin in our demo it’s perfectly running.

I think your website theme and plugin CSS conflict issue so please create a new fresh page and add our shortcode and share your page link so I will check properly.

I have checked your page link and your theme use Slick slider CSS and your theme use direct Slick class arrow related CSS. This is not our plugin issue.

Please go to your Admin Panel->Appearance->Customize->Additional CSS.
Please put the below CSS in your “additional CSS” section.

.slick-next::before, .slick-prev::before { display:none; }
.wppsac-post-slider .slick-prev, .wppsac-post-slider .slick-next{ transform: none; }
