Problem with Apple iPads

Visitors of my site are reporting that they are not able to view videos on full screen on iPads. Message says ” This browser does not support full screen”.
Tested this on iPad, iPad2 and iPad pro all with the same results. The results were the same also using other browsers than Apple native ‘Safari’, (used also Chrome and Firefox)

I tested the same situation using a different video embed platform and had no issues at all.

I am using your Pro version of your plugin.
