Problem with apostrophes

Hello,

When a visitor uses the contact form to write to the advertiser, the received text contains slashes for each word with apostrophe :

Je voudrais l\‘acheter si vous êtes dans le coin.
Vous pouvez m\‘appeler.

Is there a way to avoid that?
