problem with anchors

hello please help i have problem with anchors. I want to have a anchors to other page. I insert id’s eg <span id=”here”>content</span> and in the link that is clickable a have a href=”url/#here” , it works but that link doesn’t load the whole page. Only where he anchor is. How can i make it to load the whole page?
