    Hello,
I set up All In One WP Security & Firewall in 3 of websites I manage : for 1 it is completely ok and for the 2 others, the adress generated by option “change url login page” doesn’t work means that I reach an empty page with only my host’s name “1&1”. I use this option in All In One WP Security & Firewall for the 2 sites that don’t work with 1 hour delay.

    Hi @mariealinard3,
Are any logs being generated on your server when you see that blank page?
Have you tried temporarily enabling debug for WordPress via your wp-config.php file?

Does your host use server-side caching? If so did you try exempting your hidden login page URL from being cached?

Are you able to log back in to your site for cases where you are seeing this issue?
If not, you can do the following steps to temporarily deactivate the plugin manually:

    1) use CPANEL file manager (or FTP) and temporarily rename this plugin’s folder.
    eg, rename from
    all-in-one-wp-security-and-firewall
    to
    tmp-all-in-one-wp-security-and-firewall
    2) Get your currently active .htaccess file and remove all code which is between and including the following tags:
    # BEGIN All In One WP Security
    # END All In One WP Security
    3) Log into your site using the standard login link – ie, wp-login.php
    4) Using your cpanel or FTP rename the folder back to all-in-one-wp-security-and-firewall.
    5) Once logged in you can disable or re-configure the feature(s) which were giving you problems

Hi, I have the same problem, with debug to true I am told that the username and pass are correct, cannot connect to database.
The prefix for database on phpmyadmin is exactly the same at that in wp-config.
I tried as you suggested above without success.
I have only the one plugin on this new site.
Can you suggest a reason and a fix.
    Thanks

Does this happen after you enter your login details in the login form?
Does the issue also happen when you disable the rename login page feature?
Have you tried the alternative cookie based brute force feature which also allows you to hide your page login?

    Hello,

    I have a similar problem.
I’m also using All in One Security on several web sites.

I’m currently working on one of those sites.
I’ve installed this plugin a few weeks ago, changed the url login page: everything was ok.
Yesterday, I improved the security level of the plugin, everything was still working perfectly. And suddently, couple of hours later, I’ve been logged out with no possibility to go back to the dashboard.
I could’nt reach the new url login page > sent me on the home page, and of course, wp-admin and wp-login.php weren’t working anymore.
I thought there might be a problem with my IP, so I asked a friend to try to log in from another one, but she couldn’t reach the page neither.

I removed All In One from FTP panel so I’ve been able to reach the dashboard again after all, but each time I try to reactivate All In One and create a new login url I have the same problem. I can’t reach the login page.

There’s nothing left in my .htaccess file concerning All In One.

    What do you suggest ?

All in One is working just fine on my other sites: same host, same WP version, same theme (Bridge Qode).

Thank you so much for your help !
