Problem with Ads.txt and Google Adsense

I’m having the same problem.

To solve the Ads.txt problem, go to the plugin’s configuration menu below, it will be written that the Ads.txt file has a conflict because it finds another one on the server, just replace the button on the side.

I just didn’t solve the pin problem but adsense is ok

Thanks for reaching out.

Your ads.txt file is accessible, but the requested entry is not there.

It doesn’t look as you would create the file with Advanced Ads. In this case, you would see a notification about that in the first line.

Can you please check if you can find this file in the root menu of your installation?

Do you see any notifications in the ads.txt section in Advanced Ads > Settings?

Your screenshots show the notification in your AdSense account and the same notification in your backend, imported from Advanced Ads.

The problem is that you don’t have the missing entry in your ads.txt. As mentioned, it doesn’t look as you would create the ads.txt with Advanced Ads.

Can you please check if you can find this file in the root menu of your installation?

Do you see any notifications in the ads.txt section in Advanced Ads > Settings under the ads.txt field?

We have always used this plugin and had no problems.
This is the message that the plugin tells us.
There is no ads.txt file (managed by the plugin)

To explain the screenshot: Advanced Ads doesn’t create your ads.txt file, because there is an existing one.

The file generated by Advanced Ads starts with # Advanced Ads ads.txt, making it simple to check if it is really generated by our plugin.

I checked the file again and now, it is generated by Advanced Ads and contains the requested line.

The problem continues.
What is the function of Advanced Ads> Settings> ads.txt? I cannot use the option on or the option off. Both give me an error in Adsense.

I have tried to upload ads.txt with ftp to my hosting. But the same problem remains.

Please, I need a solution. What would be the steps to follow? What should I do so that this plugin does not cause problems with my ads.txt?

You already resolved your issue yesterday, and the requested line appeared in your ads.txt, that you created with Advanced Ads. It takes a while until AdSense rechecks your site and let the notification disappear.

However, your current ads.txt doesn’t look as you would have created it with Advanced Ads. As explained in my last reply, you can find the line # Advanced Ads ads.txt if you generate the file with our plugin.

The notification about the existing other file shows up if there is one. If there is no physical file, I guess that you generate it with another plugin. Do you use any other plugin to create your current ads.txt?
