Problem with address and order details

I understand that you’re having trouble with inconsistent order details, particularly with the address and order origin. This can indeed be a bit of a headache, but I’m here to help.

The address and other details are typically filled in by the customer during the checkout process. If some orders are coming in without these details, it could be perhaps the customers are not filling in the information as intended.

Unfortunately, there isn’t an automatic way to fill in the address details if they’re missing since they are specific to each customer. However, I’d like to have a better understanding on how your site is set up, please share with us your System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.

• Are users from certain countries affected more often?
