Problem with adding subtitles in google merchant center

  • I have a problem with adding subtitles in google merchant center. The plugin works properly, downloads the product file with prices and title. However, it does not download the description, it does not even see it in the html file. The description of each product is in the frame, “short description (woocommerce-product-details__short-description).
    But it can’t be uploaded to google, in the plugin settings the “Product shorts Descripcion” option is selected, which should correspond to this column, but nothing downloads to the html file, even after refreshing and updating the file after the changes.

    Based on my understanding, it seems like you have created a Google feed and mapped the short description to the “Product details” attribute field. However, you mentioned that you are not receiving any values in the details field. In such a scenario, it is possible that you might have selected the wrong attribute while setting up the feed. Therefore, please ensure that you have chosen the correct attribute.
