    Hi @alexisfontana

Do you have logging enabled on the site? If so, can you please check to see if there are any error logs for Stripe via WooCommerce > Status > Logs? Those may tell us more detail about what is happening.

I understand this has been an ongoing problem for you. It might be more expedient if you’d like to submit a support ticket to our team here: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/

That will allow us to possibly get login credentials for the site and take a closer look.

    Thanks!

    Thanks, @alexisfontana

This part is interesting to me: Stripe Payment Request live mode requires SSL.

If you go to your site’s general settings, is the address there https://? I see that your site is using a valid SSL cert, so I’m wondering if your WordPress settings match that.

    Thank you for your comeback.

I went to the general parameters, the url entered is in https.

Thanks for checking that. I see the logs are from Jan 30. Are those the most recent logs? Have you also confirmed that this problem is still occurring in Stripe when you try to add the domain?

It is the most recent newspaper reporting the problem with Apple Pay. I have other newer Stripe Gateway newspapers that don’t talk about the Apple Pay issue. What do you need ?

Yes. I have also the same message error in WP admin.

    Hello @m155y5,

Can you tell me what you need to fix the problem?

I have my customer who has been waiting for several weeks now and I can’t afford to wait any longer.

    Thank you.

    Hi there,

That 404 error for the domain verification file definitely points to some issue with how it’s being hosted/permissions/etc. If you have not already done so, I’d recommend reaching out to your hosting company to ask about why that URL is returning a 404 if the file is truly there. Is the WordPress installation in a subdirectory on the server (i.e. www.example.com/wordpress/)?

I’d recommend trying to completely delete that file on your server, then delete and reinstall the Stripe plugin, then try initiating the domain verification from your Stripe dashboard again: https://dashboard.stripe.com/account/apple_pay

Please make sure you do not have any security/redirect/CDN/etc plugins that might be blocking/redirecting access to that file.

If you are still having issues, please open a ticket so that we can take a closer look at the site/settings: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/?form=ticket

    Thank you!
