Problem with Add Field – Categorie

I want to report 2 bugs in the plugin,
When you create a a new Post Form on Category custom field if you have a parent category that have a child and the child have another child on exclude list the last child`s are not excluded, even if the parent category or the child category is selected

On Field Option at a text area if is selected advanced options and is selected Rich text area – you cannot make modification to the form until you refresh the page an the console display this error TypeError: this.editing_form_field[this.option_field.name] is undefined the file mentionated in error is wpuf-form-builder-components.js
