Problem with accress in my website. It calls "still launching"

Andrew, No I had some questions with Go Daddy about my website. They can’t help me and said. WordPress supposed solve Problem with my website.

Who set up my website? I bought a build website from ProPhoto and also, my new domain and new Hosting from Go Daddy.
i had wordpress themen etc. on my WP-admin.

Let’s try to narrow down what the issue is, when you said this page is not working, what do you mean by not working?

It’s more than likely that FTP exists already on your server, FileZilla is just a tool to access FTP.

I haven′t get FTP on my new website yet.

I had been struggle to open my website about 2 weeks ago.

You can ask your hosting providers if you have FTP yet, it almost certainly came with your hosting package.

That means, by Go Daddy. I bought my new hosting from Go Daddy.
