Unfortunately, when creating a new affiliate, the amount of a product is entered for some reason and is calculated but no sale has taken place.

If you view the affiliate dashboard for that users coupon is it showing any orders or referrals on there?
Could you also try creating a fresh template coupon and re-assigning that in the settings? https://couponaffiliates.com/docs/template-coupon-code/
