Problem with account re-connect – Couldn’t query Instagram API

  • Hi, I have a staging website and I use your plugin. My Instagram token has expired, so I tried reconnecting the account. The error I can see is “Could not query Instagram API, try reloading this page.” Reloading the page, trying to reconnect from another browser or from Incognito don’t help as error is the same.

    Could you support me with this problem, please? We have .htaccess box preventing users from viewing the site, could it be related to the described issue?

    This is related to some issues from Instagram’s end. Other similar plugins also encounter this problem. We should wait until the Instagram team solves this issue.
