Problem with a variation in the product catalog

  • Hi,

    I added a variation to an existing product (before it was only 100g and now there is 100g and 40g) but in the Facebook product catalog I now have the product 2 times: 1 time with 1 variation and 1 time with 2 variations (but in Facebook when I click on “2 variations” and try to check the variations I don’t see anything).
    There seems to be a problem…

    Hi,

    could you please post your website URL? This will help me to see the XML and try to have more info in order to understand the reason of your issue.

    You can use the specific field when answering, in this way the field will be hidden to other users.

    Unfortunately, I cannot give you any kind of contact, but we are only allowed to use the tool offered by this forum.

    Anyway, if you can’t find the field, maybe you cannot update the website URL once the topic is started. So, my suggestion is closing this one and I’d invite you to create a new topic. When you create a new one, you are allowed for sure to add a link to the webpage, visible only to us (here a screenshot).
