problem with [_post_name] [_post_url]

my site url is in hebrew lang so this is the problem.
u send its via url query but u need to do URLencode and get the real language charachter here what it is now:
https://www.dossihost.net/%D7%9E%D7%99%D7%A0%D7%99-%D7%A1%D7%99%D7%99%D7%98-%D7%93%D7%A3-%D7%A0%D7%97%D7%99%D7%AA%D7%94/and here what its should be:
