Problem with 3.2.1

OK, this is interesting. When using default theme setting and child theme css to change the tagline settings everything is perfect, font, size and color. However when I choose to center the logo, or move logo to right, the color of the tagline reverts to default light blue and can’t be changed, although the size and font holds from the child theme settings. It won’t change even if the tag ‘!important’ is added to the coding. Any ideas? Also repositioning the tagline is ignored.
