Problem with 2FA login security

I have the following problem with different websites, for example
– vp-recruitment.be
– mzigo.eu

After successfully activating 2FA on the admin user, I can no longer log in:

• surf to …/wp-admin
• enter user and pw
• get the message in attachment but the site does not go through to the 2FA field so cannot log in

We have thesame setup with these 2 sites without any problems:
– newcocoms.com
– molenschot-industriebouw.nl

How can this be resolved???
