    good morning
    i have a little problem with paypal payment. the payment arrives but the form is not registered in the database

  • I have the same issue. Getting the payment but form submission not saved.

    In one case, it was because someone had an error on the form (they tried to upload a file upload that was larger than the limit) but it didn’t prompt the person before they paid. Immediately after paying they got an error message.

    Can you please make it so all forms are saved, regardless if there is an error on someone’s form?

    Can you please go to Forminator and export your form from there, upload the export file to any file sharing service like DropBox or GDrive and send us a download link by using our contact form and the template below:

    Send in:

    Subject: “Attn: Predrag Dubajic”
    – Link to your WordPress site
    – Link back to this thread for reference
    – Any other relevant urls

    Hi @utci,

    I’ve done some tests and provided you with further information via email as I was unable to replicate the issue on my installation and all forms were submitted properly.

    Can you perform a conflict test since there’s a console error on your form page and see if the form is being properly submitted after that.
