Problem whit redirection confirmation on Gravity Forms

    Hi,

    On my Gravity forms, when I used page redirection confirmation, the form give me a message “Array” and don’t redirect to the page.

    This is the part of the log:

    I have to desactivated the plugin to work my forms…

    Any idea how can I fix it?

  • Experiencing this exact same problem on our sites as well. To make it even weirder, it seems to be Chrome specific. Forms are still working for us with Firefox.

    I also have the exact same problem.

    The reason I want to create a redirect or “Page” confirmation with my form is to create a custom audience from people that have visited the form page, but not the “Thank you” or redirect page.

    In other words, I want to track people who have “bounced” from the form page.

    Have you been able to do this with simply using the “text” confirmation? Or have you found a work-around for this issue?

    @freepresscoop – I cant find fb pixel code on grandesamigos website. did you disable the plugin?

    Hi, yes disabled the plugin, because it’s not working the redirection.

    I have the same issue. Willing to collaborate with you in real-time to resolve. We’re probably not the only ones experiencing this and I have no idea how long certain forms on a client site have not been working – but I imagine we are not the only ones experiencing this issue.     This has been fixed with the latest release of the plugin 1.8.0.
