    Hello,

First off: Whats your osticket version?
    Second:
Can you specify what path you filled in?
as i mainly tested with the root path included.
    which looks similar to:
    /var/www/vhosts/domain.com/attachments

(where in ftp you would see something like: /domain.com/attachments).

I personally did not (yet) test it with relative paths to root domain.

    Regards,
    Marco

    Hello,

    First: osTicket-v1.9.12

Second: In testing now on my PC for XAMPP this is root C:\xampp\htdocs

config in plugin folder direct “adjuntos”

    Thanks.

I’m having the same problem. When I try to view an attachment within WP (Key4ce) I am redirected to this page https://mysite.com/wp-content/plugins/key4ce-osticket-bridge/lib/attachment/download.php

Once redirected to this page, the following message appears:

    File not found or inaccessible!

The path appears correct, and upon checking FTP, download.php does appear to exist.

    Hello,

Sorry for the long wait but i have been trying to reproduce the issue without any luck.

can you guys double check read permissions on the plugin folder?

If that doesn’t work would it be possible for you to provide us with FTP and WordPress admin login to check it out directly on your system?

I’ll play around with the read permissions soon and let you know if I can get it to work.
