Problem when user register and choose play in league

mmmm maybe a caching problem?? When did you created that leagues?

The leagues should be there once you saved them in the admin. It’s not something I was able to reproduce on my machine. Have you tried disabling all other plugins and switching to one of the default themes? Maybe it’s a conflict with one of those.

Another thing you may want to try, is to enable debugging in PHP (see my ‘read first’ post in this forum for details) and see if there are any errors logged that can give extra information.
