Problem when updating changes

Hello!
Can anyone tell me why I can′t see the changes I make in my blog? It′s even worst, because there are links that are not working anymore. I have the latest wordpress and spacious versions. And it′s not something in my browser′s history.
What can be the cause of the problem? Thanks!
