Problem when switching the upload directory

Hi!

I’ve been experiencing an HTTP errors with my image uploads lately for some reason, for practically every other image i upload to my wordpress install.

Some photos take even more times to upload before a successful one is made.

What i thought about doing, was changing the upload directory to a subdomain.

I figured out how to do it, but there’s one problem i keep running into:

The images in the media library, as well as all the other images are all broken links (well, you know, that broken image thing), including new photos I upload to WordPress. And it’s pretty bad.

I’ve been trying all sorts of ways to make it work, but no matter what I did, i’ve ran into a brick wall, whether a directory couldn’t even be written, or if the images get broken.

Please, tell me how to PROPERLY set up my images to upload to wordpress, WITHOUT my image links becoming broken.
