Problem when "podcast post types" is set to Posts

    Looking at your example you seem to have resolved this issue. I’m having the same problem – would you please share the solution?

    For any future onlookers I seem to have figured out my problem.

    Under Dashboard Settings I went to Permalinks and changed from the default “Custom Structure” (which was set to /%category%/%postname%/) to “Post name” (/%postname%/). Good luck all.
