problem when join by frontend form

Hello

When try to join by frontend form, the result url is not well formed:

https://****/bigbluebutton/api/join?meetingID=077df106f4b07709f0d8c14dcb3e610ceaca5bab&#038 ;fullName=saeid&#038 ;password=ap&#038 ;checksum=25606de966dd184f3f40664209feb5d09cf3dc28

And browser displays:

<response><returncode>FAILED</returncode><messageKey>checksumError</messageKey><message>You did not pass the checksum security check</message></response>

If I manually replace &#038 ; by & and press enter, it will join successfully.

There is not problem pn joining from join button of backend (wordpress admin area – setting – bigbluebutton), the problem occurs only join from frontend form.

Please advice.
