Problem when i import from excel with specific charachter

    Hi

    when i import stafflist from XLS file i have a problem with ? charachter.
    If i have ? charachter in row system can not import this row to database.

    I changed all ? char to > ## from excel file and i replaced from database ## to ? again.

    Is it possible to check it?
