Problem when I activate the plugin

Hi. I installed W3 Total Cache and when I activate it (fresh install with all options disabled) my theme not work properly. Buttons for categories and widgets not work. In full screen mode, drop-down menu is not working. I also noticed that plugins: WP Lightbox 2 and Scroll Back to Top stoped working. When I deactivated W3TC, everything works like a charm.
Can anyone help me?
