Problem when generating forms – inputs/labels mix up?

    Hi – there appears to be an input or label mix-up problem when generating more than 1 form with your plugin (at least form1 seemed to work correctly when I tried it with Paypal Sandbox, and I can’t remember swapping the text in the inputs around when I tried it out, but maybe I did and can’t remember!!).

    Anyway, the Paypal Payment Configuration inputs provided on the form settings screen appear to be mixed up – please see screen capture link provided when I created 2nd form. The screen capture is below the form (see following post).

    Can you tell me what has happened and what I need to do as a temporary fix – and maybe it might need correcting permanently?

    Its a nice plugin though!! I like it.
