Problem when creating a blog in multisite

  • This happens in Multisite and this plugin is activated in main blog (not Network Activated).

    If this plugin is activated in main blog, add new site will show error page although a new site is still added.
    I believe that there is some function will be missed in new blog.

    If this plugin is deactivated in main blog (still activated in other blogs), add new site works normally.

    This is not plugin conflict cause I’ve tried deactivate all plugin but only WP Disable Comments in main site and it still shows error page.
